SPA POLICY 🥳New clients: New clients are urged to book the consultation session. During This session we will analyze the skin and discuss your skin goals. This will allow time to plan a personalized skin care routine just for you. 👀Note: Chemical peels are NOT rendered to first time clients. 😔Contradictions: Open wounds, uncontrolled diabetes, skin cancer, cold sore, irritated sunburn, resent facial surgery. ⏰⏰Late arrivals: please call to notify the spa if you are going to be 10-15 minutes late for your appointment. This will affect the quality of your service being rendered to you in such short time. After 15 minutes at the latest your appt will be automatically canceled. Be mindful of other appointment after yours. 🪪💳Deposits: ALL deposits are FINAL (non refundable)🚨 deposits go toward the amount of the service and holding your time slot. To reschedule with the same deposit you must contact the spa no later then the day prior to your appointment. 🥳 Group booking: (Groups 3 or more) All spa parties must complete a contract and deposits. This is required to secure your appointment and arranged pricing,a 20% gratuity will be added to all spa parties. 😭😭Cancellations: your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa scheduling policy. Should you need to cancel or reschedule. Please notify us no later than the day prior to your appointment. All same day cancellations are subject to a fee amount of 20% of the schedule services. Guests who missed their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged 50% of the schedule services. we recognize and respect the time of our guest and staff is valuable and I have implemented this policy for that reason. Additionally, many times our staff will be functioning in an on-call status and could have traveled to the spa specifically for your service. For this reason we are obligated to compensate our staff for their time as well as make up for the lost reservation. all services require a credit or debit card or gift card to guarantee a reservation. When you book your appointment you are agreeing to this policy. You will not be billed unless there is a cancellation or no-show. Upon check out guest may choose their method of payment.
